The National Housing Commission (Conavi) has opened the 2026 call for the Housing for Well-being Program with the aim of guaranteeing access to adequate housing for families who have historically faced greater difficulties in exercising this right. Registration is available from July 20 to August 2 at the modules installed by Conavi and the Ministry of Well-being in 26 federal entities.

What the Housing for Well-being Program consists of
Through this call, interested individuals can register to join the program’s financing scheme, designed so that the amount of payments adapts to each family’s income level.
In this way, monthly payments are accessible and consistent with each household’s payment capacity, allowing people without access to traditional mortgage loans to exercise their right to adequate housing without compromising their family finances.
Registration modules will be available only in the municipalities where Conavi will develop housing projects throughout 2026, with the purpose of providing direct attention and facilitating incorporation into the program.
Requirements to participate
Individuals interested in this financing must meet the following criteria: not own a home, not have a current loan from Infonavit, Fovissste, or another housing institution, and have monthly incomes less than 17,800 pesos.
Documents required for registration
When attending the modules, it will be necessary to present an official photo identification, the CURP of the applicant and their economic dependents, proof of address, and proof of income.

In case of marriage or cohabitation, the corresponding documentation for the partner must also be presented. If the applicant or any member of their household has a permanent disability, they must present a medical certificate issued by a public institution.

Conavi warns about fraud during the process
Conavi has reminded the public that registration is completely free, personal, and requires no intermediaries, urging people not to be misled by individuals who request money or promise to manage access to the program.
The agency has emphasized that no one can charge for the process or guarantee a place within the government support, and that it can only be carried out at the official modules. Thus, if someone requests a payment to speed up the process or promises housing in exchange for money, it is a fraud.
