A video recorded with a drone in Devighat, one of the localities most affected by the floods in Nepal, shows buildings damaged and covered in mud after the catastrophe that swept through towns and villages on the Himalayan border with China.

The tragedy was triggered on August 26 when the partial collapse of a glacier caused a huge mass of mud and rocks to descend onto a river on the border between Nepal and Tibet. At least 1,380 people have died and more than 5,500 remain missing due to the landslide and floods.
