After last night’s matches, the four teams that will fight each other for a spot in the final of the top European competition are now known. Atlético de Madrid, the last Spanish team standing, will face Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal with the mission of reaching a new Champions League final ten years later. The English side, for their part, seek to repeat the league phase result, in which they comfortably defeated the Colchoneros (4-0) and return to their first Champions League final since 2006. On the other side of the bracket, two of the favorites to lift the trophy face each other: the reigning champion, Luis Enrique’s PSG, and Kompany’s Bayern Munich. The Parisians have gone from less to more in the competition, having to play the round of 16 against a Monaco that made things very difficult for them, until beating Liverpool 4-0 on aggregate in the quarters. Their rival, Bayern, is in steamroller mode, scoring 10 goals in two matches against Atalanta and six against Real Madrid.

Schedule and where to watch the Champions semifinals
The last knockout round before the final begins on Tuesday, April 28 with the first leg between PSG and Bayern. The Parisians host the Germans at the Parc des Princes, and will travel to Munich for the return leg on May 6. On the other hand, the tie between Atlético and Arsenal begins on April 29, with the first leg at the Metropolitano and the return in London, which will be played on May 5. All matches will be played from 9:00 p.m. Spanish peninsular time, and can be followed live on Movistar Plus.
