The ship docked at 09:30 in the Herculean city, as planned. It came from Bordeaux (France), where the disembarkation of passengers was finally authorized. Around 20:00 it will depart for Gijón, where it is scheduled to arrive on Sunday, and then continue its journey to Bilbao.
Once in the port of A Coruña, at 10:20, the Foreign Health services boarded the ship to carry out the corresponding inspection and assess the current incidence of the virus in order to make a decision. This is part of the routine controls and protocols established for this type of stopover, the same sources insisted. After approximately an hour of inspection and after analyzing the situation of the passengers and crew, Foreign Health authorized the disembarkation “upon confirming that the corresponding public safety and health conditions are met.”
