Andorra has been curbing the chaos caused by youtubers and streamers for months, who after the pandemic left Spain to move to the Pyrenean country seeking to pay much less in taxes. Andorra welcomed them with open arms, but they have also caused problems: gentrification and investment in real estate in a country where housing has become a good only affordable for the wealthiest, including evictions of elderly people. The last straw — which ended up stirring Andorran society — was the broadcast (in March 2024) of the Equipo de Investigación de La Sexta program about the OnlyFans king, Sergio Favda (Sergio Fuentes). Fuentes is a Spaniard who works as a manager of models who provide online sexual services. In return, the OnlyFans king takes between 30% and 50% of what the young women earn on the erotic network.
In a society where one of the co-princes is the very bishop of Seu d’Urgell, the documentary fell like a bucket of cold water. Prostitution is already prohibited in Andorra to the extent that the Penal Code punishes prostitution establishments, facilitation, and pimping. The image the documentary gave of the country was such that the authorities have taken a further step. They have promoted a reform of the Penal Code to equate OnlyFans with prostitution. When the reform is approved, Fuentes will be considered a pimp and his work could be punished with sentences ranging from two to five years in prison. The Andorran law is still in process, but Fuentes, who has been contacted by EL PAÍS, has already left the country and changed his tax residence to Dubai.
“I don’t want to defend myself from anything. I just go where I can shine, and if they don’t want me in Andorra, I go somewhere else,” clarifies the OnlyFans king. This social network specializes in pornographic and erotic content. When someone opens a channel on OnlyFans, they need to accumulate followers who pay to see explicit and sexual content and to interact with models always through a screen. “My job, really, is exclusively marketing. Any girl who opens an OnlyFans page can see that she doesn’t get a single visit. I help them get more clients and grow. The only problem I have is that I have never hidden,” Fuentes assures.
The OnlyFans king worked as a manager for more than three dozen girls who were required to produce very explicit content — including masturbation on camera — with whom Fuentes, he claimed on the La Sexta program, could raise more than 400,000 euros a month. Income to which must be added what he obtains from cryptocurrency investments and artificial intelligence audits he performs.

“They consider that the interaction carried out by four girls who make a fortune with four videos and four silly things is an aberration. They don’t like it because it is a very traditional country. And at the same time, they have prostitution of women who arrive deceived in Andorra. Women who have forced sexual relations, not like the OnlyFans models,” laments Fuentes.
The OnlyFans king does not regret the report that ended with his expulsion from the country. “Deep down I gained exposure and authority in the sector,” he defends. As a result of that broadcast, work is now underway on the reform of the Penal Code. A reform that considers sexual services offered online as prostitution and punishes those who request or pay for personalized sexual content. The new text is expected to be approved in July. Pornography will not be prohibited. Neither viewing nor producing this type of content is sanctioned. Those who request (within Andorra) or pay for digital sexual services are punished (with a fine of 501 to 1,500 euros). Models or people who engage in prostitution will not be sanctioned but pimping will be. In this way, the aim is to equate Sergio Fuentes’ work with that of a pimp and punish it with between two and five years in prison. Facing the risk of ending up behind bars, the erotic models’ manager has fled and gone to Dubai. “Even so, I will always remain the king of OnlyFans,” says Fuentes.
