The newlyweds shared a joint post showing their wedding rings, which in just 10 minutes reached more than a million Likes. In the photo description, they wrote their initials with a heart in between. According to a statement issued by the couple, the civil ceremony took place this Tuesday in Cascais (Portugal), and it was an intimate wedding attended only by their five children.

The wedding took place in privacy after hundreds of people approached the cathedral of Funchal (Madeira) last Saturday for a supposed wedding that never happened. It remains to be seen if later there will be a celebration extended to family and friends.
The Portuguese footballer and the influencer met in 2016, when she worked at a Gucci store in Madrid, the city where he was playing at the time. “I felt something inexplicable inside me, as if we had known each other all our lives.
