Gerardo Liesa, a young police inspector newly assigned to the UCRIF (Central Unit for Illegal Immigration Networks and Document Forgery) and his partner Carmen Osés sense that something is changing in the brothels across Spain. Suizo and his associates run several roadside clubs where they sexually exploit prostitutes from all over the world. One of these women is Claudia, who at 18 years old and with a small child in Colombia, has just arrived in Spain seeking a better future.

Raúl Arévalo, Valentina Vidal (making her debut in this series), Omar Ayuso, and Laia Marull lead the main cast of the series about the rise of pimping in Spain based on the non-fiction book El proxeneta, by Mabel Lozano. Isabel Peña, Sorogoyen’s regular co-writer, is the creator along with Eduardo Villanueva. Elena Martín Gimeno, author of Creatura, is the main director. She is accompanied in direction by Sandra Romero.
