Claiming the prize amounts
To claim prizes, if the coupon was purchased online, the amount is automatically deposited into the JuegosOnce.es account. In the case of physical coupons, smaller prizes are paid at the point of sale, while those over €500 must be processed at an ONCE branch or collaborating banks (CaixaBank, BBVA, Sabadell, Kutxabank). Remember that prizes over €40,000 have a 20% tax withholding.
