National Police officers have arrested a man in Zaragoza as the alleged sexual aggressor of his two-year-old daughter and for sharing images taken during the abuse. During the search, officers found abundant material related to child sexual exploitation, supposedly produced, stored, and distributed online by the detainee. They also found artificial intelligence tools he used to generate images of child sexual exploitation. To do this, he manipulated photographs and videos of minors obtained from social networks.

The detainee has been placed at the disposal of the judiciary accused of two sexual assault crimes, one crime of corruption of minors, and another against privacy, with his imprisonment decreed.
The investigation, which was carried out in 24 hours, began after officers urgently received several reports sent by the American organization National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), channeled through the United States Department of Homeland Security (Homeland Security Investigations). These reports indicated that there were several files hosted on a cloud storage platform pointing to the possible commission of serious crimes against a minor. These indications suggested that the perpetrator was in Spain and had permanent contact with the victim.
Given the seriousness of the facts, investigators immediately began identification procedures. They managed to determine that the alleged perpetrator was the father of the minor and that they lived in the same home. Officers immediately traveled to the town, where he was arrested. The minor was placed under protection.
Officers also discovered video files with clandestine recordings of a neighbor inside her home, made from the detainee’s residence. These images would evidence a crime against privacy, according to the National Police.
