In this regard, he has defended the need to “find the moment when it can be brought to law,” as promised by the second vice president of the Government and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz, before the legislature ends.
But meanwhile, in an interview granted to Radio Popular-Herri Irratia, collected by Europa Press, he has advocated trying to introduce this cut through sectoral and company agreements, since, he warned, “the closer the call” for general elections, “the more difficult” it will be to approve the reduction of the working day.

For this reason, he has considered that “pressure must be applied in collective bargaining,” an area in which his union plans to “do something” in the coming weeks, he has advanced.
“The reduction of the working day is a flag that must be maintained, find the moment when it can be brought to law and, meanwhile, pressure in collective agreements,” he appealed.
