The bond between Susanna Griso (Barcelona, 56 years old) and Luis Enríquez Nistal began two decades ago, but until recently they had only shared a beautiful friendship. Everything changed in January 2025, when they “looked at each other differently” and began a courtship that took two months to come to light. “What you see is what you get,” she stated after ¡Hola! magazine published the first images of the couple in March of last year, strolling their love through the streets of Madrid. Seven months after that confirmation, it was also the magazines that revealed that the presenter of Espejo público and the media executive were going to walk down the aisle. And that day has arrived. This Saturday, July 25, the couple will say “I do” in a wedding that will bring together more than 200 guests in S’Agaró, on the Costa Brava.
“We were tempted to do something more petit comité and then something with friends. In the end… I’m the youngest of seven siblings. With a family as large as mine, I already had 50 guests. But it will be a very relaxed celebration with a cocktail, so we don’t have to worry about the sitting,” Griso explained in an interview with ¡Hola! in June. In these months of preparations, the Antena 3 presenter has not hesitated to share details of the wedding publicly. It has a lot to do with the fact that “80%” of the guests are journalists and hiding it would be practically impossible.
The celebration will last for two days. On Friday, the couple welcomed their guests at a party by the sea; this Saturday, starting at eight in the evening, the ceremony and subsequent celebration will take place at Hostal de La Gavina, as revealed by Vanitatis. They also add that the dress code for guests is bohemian-inspired and comfortable footwear to “enjoy a party that will last until dawn”.
Among the 200 guests will be well-known faces from television, culture, politics, and the business world. But despite the caliber of their guests and the media interest this wedding has generated, Griso and Enríquez have decided not to profit from their big day. “There will be no exclusive. It has been proposed to us several times, but neither of us wanted it,” the presenter told Vanitatis. However, there will be a photo opportunity for photographers who come to the venue: “We will greet the photographers and little else.” Furthermore, breaking one of the trends in celebrity weddings, they will not prohibit the use of mobile phones.
Griso has also shared some details about the eagerly awaited wedding dress. As it is a civil and informal wedding, the presenter has opted for a design that allows her to move “and dance comfortably, and that doesn’t make me hot”. Once the celebrations are over, the couple has not organized a honeymoon trip either. “We already had a wonderful one, before the wedding, a three-week trip to Argentina. Now we will stay close by and leave the big trip for later,” she revealed to ¡Hola!. It was precisely on that trip that the executive proposed to her, although the ring took a few more months to arrive.
The surprise arrived on October 8, coinciding with the presenter’s birthday. “Five in the morning. I wake up there, asleep. I go to read the newspapers and then I see Luis approaching and he says to me: ‘Aren’t you going to have coffee?’. And I told him no because I had taken a pill and had to wait half an hour. And I ask him what he’s doing having breakfast so early and I tell him that if he makes himself a coffee, to make me one. I lift the cup and there was the ring,” she recounted on her show a day after the gift.

The news of their courtship came a few weeks after she herself confirmed that she had ended her relationship with Íñigo Afán de Ribera, after two years together. However, she clarified that the breakup had occurred in the summer of 2024 and that it had been on good terms. It was during Christmas 2020 that the divorce of Griso and Carles Torras became public; she had been married to him for 23 years and has three children in common with him: Jan, Mireia, and Dorcette —whom she adopted in Ivory Coast—. As for Nistal, he is a father of four children from a previous marriage. “He is wonderful: fun, intelligent, full of life, and with very clear ideas. He is a great life partner, with whom I want, as he says, to live the next 30 years, even if the last ones are with a walker,” the presenter told ¡Hola!. Recently, the couple acquired a house on the Costa Brava.
