The Mossos d’Esquadra are investigating the death of a man in Barcelona. The victim was found badly injured on the street shortly before one in the afternoon by the Guardia Urbana, and later died in the hospital. The police are working on identifying the victim and searching for the person or persons responsible.
The Guardia Urbana found the injured man on Almansa street. The man was already badly injured while riding a motorcycle when he collapsed on the public road. Still alive, the victim was taken seriously injured to the Vall d’Hebron hospital.
The Mossos continue searching for the person responsible, and the first indications point to a possible quarrel with his ex-partner, according to the initial statements of some witnesses. The police keep all hypotheses open.
