Madrid had not hosted a Formula 1 Grand Prix since 1981, so its return to the city deserved a celebration worthy of the event. For Oracle Red Bull Racing, it was an even more important moment due to its key presence in the world of motorsport. That is why the brand chose to do it in a very Madrid way: sitting at the table to enjoy.

In the heart of Madrid, Best Seats in the House presented for the first time “La Sobremesa,” as a meeting point for an evening that served as a unique starting signal for the first Madrid Grand Prix. An initiative that aims to be repeated in other cities and adapted to different local cultures.

Beyond an invitation to share flavors, Best Seats in the House aims to bring its guests closer to the heart of some of the major events of 2026: from experiencing motorsport from the inside to accessing spaces usually reserved for a few, meeting drivers and athletes, or enjoying unique experiences linked to the Red Bull universe. For its arrival in Madrid, the proposal took on a particularly local character. La Sobremesa became the concept around which to build an intimate experience, designed to share and enjoy without watching the clock too much.
Celebration through flavor
Gastronomy was one of the main protagonists of the night. At the center of the experience was a dinner created especially for the occasion by Ángela Gimeno, chef and winner of MasterChef 2024, who brought to the table a contemporary interpretation of the flavors and identity of Madrid.

The menu took the city as inspiration and turned its gastronomic references into an experience in line with the spirit of the evening. A way to bring Madrid to the plate and, at the same time, to claim a very Spanish way of understanding food: as a starting point for everything that happens afterward. Thus, the dinner gave way to conversation; the conversation, to music; and the music extended a sobremesa with no great intention of ending.
A sobremesa with the spirit of Formula 1
The choice of the concept was no accident. If the sobremesa represents a relaxed way to enjoy shared time, Oracle Red Bull Racing brings exactly the opposite to the equation: speed, energy, and a certain vocation to break the rules. Since its entry into Formula 1 in 2005, Red Bull Racing has built an identity far from the most traditional codes of motorsport.

That character is also behind its sporting trajectory. Since 2021, Oracle Red Bull Racing has won eight World Drivers’ Championships and six World Constructors’ Championships, six of these titles since 2021. During this period, the team has also accumulated more than 60 Grand Prix wins and more than 110 podiums, consolidating a trajectory marked by ambition and the constant search for new limits. The team’s evolution has gone even beyond the track: Red Bull is also currently developing its own power unit. In Madrid, that energy was transferred to a completely different setting: not the pit lane or paddock, but a table around which to gather.
The experience began with the reception of guests and a cocktail that served to open the night. Then came the dinner, conceived as the center of an evening in which gastronomy and conversation naturally took prominence. The layout of the space precisely favored that closeness. Instead of reproducing the frantic pace of a Grand Prix, Best Seats in the House proposed another kind of journey: discover, converse, eat, listen to music, and let the night progress at its own pace.
The experience continued after dinner, as good sobremesas dictate. Music gradually took over the space and the evening acquired a more relaxed character. The photobooth also allowed guests to take home their own memory of a night that served as a preview of what is to come.
Among the guests were some of Spain’s main content creators and influencers, who joined an experience designed to bring the Oracle Red Bull Racing universe closer from a different perspective. Best Seats in the House seeks to bring fans and guests closer to the action, allowing them to experience what it means to be part of the Red Bull world, do things they never imagined possible, and live Formula 1 in pure Red Bull style: from the Goodwood Festival of Speed to the Red Bull Energy Stations during the Grand Prix, through motorsport experiences, access to garages and paddock, or meetings with drivers and athletes.
