School calendar 2026-2027 in Spain: start of the school year, public holidays and school breaks in each autonomous community

The school calendar in Spain is already defined for the next academic year with significant differences depending on each territory. The education departments of the different autonomous communities and cities have set the key dates that will mark the agenda for families and students. The start of classes in Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, and Vocational Training will take place throughout the first weeks of September.

Andalusia

The Andalusian community establishes the staggered start of classes in mid-September.
