Prizes can be claimed easily: if the coupon was purchased on JuegosONCE.es, the amount is credited directly to the user’s account. For physical coupons, small prizes can be claimed at any point of sale, while prizes over €500 are handled at ONCE offices or collaborating banks. Prizes exceeding €40,000 are subject to a 20% tax withholding, according to current regulations.
