The fourth and final season of the funeral comedy by Laura and Alberto Caballero (Machos Alfa, La que se avecina, Aquí no hay quien viva) will premiere globally on Netflix on August 7, 2026. The fourth season starts with a big question: who will take the coveted director’s chair? Chemi has the perfect solution: he proposes to occupy the position “just for a little while,” just enough to leave his mark, and then, if anything, Dámaso can take over. This situation becomes very frustrating for the salesman, who wavers between trying to undermine and flatter his new boss. Meanwhile, Chemi’s mind doesn’t rest and he begins to implement new measures that might work elsewhere… but not so much in a funeral home.

Carlos Areces leads the cast of the series, which also includes Amaia Salamanca, Salva Reina, Diego Martín, Adriana Torrebejano, Ascen López, Aitziber Garmendia, Gerald B. Fillmore, Roque Ruiz, Bárbara Santa-Cruz, Lorea Intxausti, Manolo Cal, and Lucía Quintana. This fourth season consists of six episodes, produced by Contubernio Films, directed by Laura Caballero, and written by Alberto Caballero, Daniel Deorador, Julián Sastre, and Nando Abad.
