The National Police have arrested in Gandía (Valencia) a repeat child molester, 39 years old, who distributed sexual photographs with his baby barely one year old and shared in pedophile forums other intimate images taken of his partner’s underage daughter without her consent.

The Group IV for the Protection of Minors of the Central Cybercrime Unit (UCC) of the National Police arrested at the beginning of September this “sexual abuser” who is in prison, accused of crimes of production and distribution of child pornographic material as well as a crime of discovery and disclosure of secrets.
The investigation began in August when during cyber patrol duties, the agents detected in forums distributing child pornography material sexual images of a baby of a short age, less than one year, and other photographs showing a young girl, apparently also a minor, on the street along with comments from a man boasting of having abused her and drugged her.
In some of these images, the girl was seen holding a baby in her arms, presumably the same one from the photographs also discovered, a coincidence that raised alarms for the agents, Eduardo Casas, sub-inspector of this group, admits in statements to EFE.
The agents analyzed the photos found in detail until determining that some of them had been taken in a specific area of Gandía, which in turn led the agents to a 39-year-old Spanish man with a police record for similar acts in 2014 and 2023.
On September 1, the agents located him at his partner’s home. He had hidden in the closet and was wearing the same shorts he wore in the sexual abuse photos with his baby. The agents also located the place where those photographs had been taken in the same house.
Meanwhile, the other minor, about 16 years old, daughter of the detainee’s girlfriend, told the agents that she had never been abused or drugged. She also assured them that she was unaware that the detainee had taken those intimate photos or that they had been distributed in pedophile forums where this abuser showed a worrying and dangerous obsession towards her, according to the investigators.
