The former Valencian Minister of Justice and Interior and investigated in the Dana case, Salomé Pradas, has changed lawyers and her defense has been taken over by attorney Pedro Colina, who replaces Eduardo de Urbano. Colina is a well-known criminal lawyer who was the defender of the former Secretary of State for Security under the government led by Mariano Rajoy, Francisco Martínez, in the Kitchen case, which is awaiting judgment. Colina and Urbano belong to the same firm, Kepler-Karst.

Pradas faces the continuation of the Dana case investigation with the addition of Colina to her defense team, which will continue to include criminal lawyers Sandra Imedio and Paloma Crespo.
The former judge and lawyer Eduardo de Urbano has stepped down from Pradas’s defense for personal reasons, without ruling out that he might intervene again in the future, according to sources close to the former minister.
Pedro Colina is a specialist in Economic Criminal Law, with more than 30 years of experience defending some of the country’s most complex and publicly impactful criminal proceedings, according to the Kepler-Karst firm.
