The former secretary of the Union of Farmers and Ranchers of Aragón (UAGA Aragón), Javier Sánchez, and his wife have been found dead, with signs of violence, inside their home in Tauste (Zaragoza).
The Zaragoza Civil Guard has reported the discovery of the two bodies and UAGA has confirmed that they are Javier Sánchez and his wife and that the bodies were found by the woman’s sister and brother-in-law early on Saturday night.

Agents of the armed institute remain at the scene to gather information and try to clarify the circumstances of both deaths. Javier Sánchez was secretary general of UAGA between 2002 and 2010.
