A judge has agreed to send to provisional prison, communicated and without bail the man arrested for allegedly stabbing a young man seriously in the early hours of this past Monday at the Real de la Feria in Málaga. He is accused of attempted homicide.

According to the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia, the 29-year-old man has exercised his right not to testify before the holder of seat number 1 of the Instruction Section of the Court of Instance of Málaga, who was on duty.
The events took place around 04:15 last Monday in the amusement area of the Real Cortijo de Torres, in the fairgrounds of Málaga city. The accused, who runs a cocktail stand in the amusement area, allegedly seriously injured the 23-year-old victim with a machete, who was evacuated to a hospital with a serious prognosis after being hit in the left hemithorax region, according to the National Police.
The Homicide group of the Provincial Police Station of Málaga located the alleged attacker on Monday morning inside a caravan next to the fairgrounds. Investigations indicate that the victim, who does not work at the Fair, was trying to court a woman, the alleged partner of the attacker.
