The judge of court number 2 of the Picassent Court of First Instance has imposed a restraining order preventing him from approaching within 300 meters of his partner or communicating with her following the complaint of an alleged case of abuse that she filed on Sunday with the Civil Guard and ratified in court on Monday, according to Levate EMV. The mayor of Montserrat is Sergio Vilar, from the PP.
In a statement sent this Thursday, Vox states that Martínez Salvador has decided to resign from his position following the “facts known in recent hours and within the framework of the judicial procedure opened in relation to them.” “The decision to hand in the certificate responds to the desire not to harm the political project nor the normal functioning of the municipal institution, prioritizing institutional responsibility and the general interest,” it adds.
