The news was reported by the tabloid Page Six, which actually published a series of photographs of the Born this way singer carrying the baby with her during a walk in Northern California, accompanied by Polansky, dressed casually, with her hair tied back and sunglasses. Both were walking and chatting alongside Alexandra Trustman, the singer’s agent.
