The Government has temporarily enabled several spaces to accommodate 1,800 migrant people who are homeless on the Trampolín beach and in the Loma Colmenar area, in Ceuta, which it plans to progressively expand. The transfer to these facilities is being carried out voluntarily from early Thursday as part of a coordinated operation with the State Security Forces and Corps and the Government of Ceuta, according to sources from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations. The president of Andalusia, Juan Manuel Moreno, is traveling to Ceuta this Thursday. The eviction of migrants from El Trampolín beach begins and their transfer to two enabled spaces
From early morning, the Police and Civil Guard have deployed an operation to try to evacuate El Trampolín beach, in Ceuta. The agents are moving and trying to convince the migrants to head towards the centers enabled this Thursday by the Government.
The Executive has prepared two spaces to accommodate 1,800 people, which it plans to expand soon. The first relocated will be the migrants who are on El Trampolín beach and in the Loma Colmenar area.
