“It’s a very difficult time, we’re going through a bit of a rough patch and what I appreciate is that you are respecting us,” actress Paz Vega acknowledged to Europa Press this Wednesday. These were the interpreter’s first public words a few days after her separation from Orson Salazar was confirmed, after 25 years of relationship. She made these statements to journalists who were waiting for her outside her sister’s home, where she was also accompanied by Orson, one of the three children Paz Vega has with the businessman: “They are the most important thing, and my sister too.”

The actress reappeared before the cameras visibly sad and tired to explain how she feels and how she is experiencing this situation, about which she did not want to give more details: “I’m not going to say anything, really, thank you very much. The day I have to say something, I will say it, if I have to say it someday, and if not, then nothing.” In this sense, she asked for peace: “I ask you to leave me alone these days that I have things to do, errands and that, to feel myself. I’m not used to this,” she said about the media pressure she has felt since the separation from her former manager was announced. When journalists asked her yesterday if she was well, Paz Vega replied with a “yes, more or less.”
After several days of rumors about the breakup, the actress confirmed her separation from businessman Orson Salazar last weekend in ¡Hola! magazine. The publication confirmed it through her new representation office, Meraki Agents: “They assure us that her intention is to put all her effort into making this process happen in the best possible way for the sake of her three children, two of whom are still minors.”

For the moment, neither of them has spoken about the reasons for the separation, both personal and professional. “Close sources point to a deterioration in the relationship due to issues related to financial management, which would have ended up fracturing the blind trust Paz Vega had always placed in her husband,” assures ¡Hola! magazine, the same publication in which the now ex-couple exclusively presented the birth of their three children: Orson Jr., Ava, and Lenon, now almost 19, 16, and 15, respectively.
