The assault occurred last March when, according to the victim’s complaint, the three minors asked the girl to go to their house to talk after classes ended. The young woman agreed, and the three teenagers went to the home. While they were all together talking in the living room, the three boys went to one of the rooms without the victim’s permission.

When the young woman went to the room to try to get the three boys to leave, they grabbed her arm and, while two of them held her, the third got on top of her and sexually assaulted her. Another of the teenagers who was trying to hold her back to prevent her from leaving also touched her.

At one point, the minor managed to free herself from them and left the room in a state of shock. According to information from the National Police, weeks after the incident, the minor reported the event to the staff at her school and later went to report the facts at the Palma Superior Headquarters accompanied by a relative.
