The magistrate of court number 2 of the Instruction Section of the Murcia Court of First Instance, on duty, had issued hours earlier a warrant ordering the search and arrest of this man as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide and breach of sentence. She has provisionally assigned custody of the girl to the public entity responsible for child protection in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia to adopt the necessary protective measures.

The sentence by which he was convicted just three months ago was by agreement, and it imposed, among other penalties, the prohibition to approach the victim to less than 500 meters, from her home, workplace, or any other place where she was, as well as the prohibition to communicate with her by any means for 16 months, in addition to 40 days of community service, 16 months of deprivation of the right to possess and carry weapons, and the payment of compensation of 310 euros.
