Four people, including two minors, drown on a beach in Valencia

Four people drowned this Saturday, two of them minors, on the Aigua Morta beach in Oliva (Valencia), according to sources from the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU) reported this Sunday.

The CICU received a drowning alert yesterday around 10:05 at the mentioned Oliva beach and a SAMU was dispatched to the location, which could only confirm the death of four people. The deceased are two minors aged 11 and 14, a 52-year-old woman, and a man whose age is unknown. Additionally, two 46-year-old men were taken with drowning symptoms to the Gandía Hospital (Valencia).
